All guitars sold by Chantus Music are made at customer request. We do not usually stock instruments. To purchase a guitar, contact us by email stating your interest and specifying any unusual requirements. We will respond with a quotation and estimated delivery date. When you have received our quotation and if you want to secure your order, you should mail us a signed copy of the quotation together with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price. The balance of the price of your guitar is due prior to shipment. Unusual special requirements may result in additional deposit requirements and quoted ship dates are approximate.

Warranty information

All guitars sold by Chantus Music are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for one year.

Chantus Music will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective instruments under this warranty. We reserve the exclusive right to determine the nature of a defect, the appropriate remedy and the applicability of a warranty claim. Repair work or modifications by persons not authorized by Chantus Music voids this warranty. Misuse or abuse of Chantus Music instruments voids this warranty. All shipping expenses associated with warranty claims must be paid by the owner.

This warranty is not transferable and is the sole warranty provided to you. Any and all other implied or specific warranties are disclaimed. Incidential liabilities resulting from warranty claims are specifically disclaimed. Your sole and entire remedy is repair or replacement of your instrument by Chantus Music.
